This comfortable holiday home is located at the end of the village Barbat, directly on the beach. It’s ideal for a couple or a smaller family who want to enjoy the peace and quiet with their loved ones. The house doesn’t use electricity and water from public supply but the water from the well, electricity from solar panels, and aggregates if there is no sun. Considering the solar power, all the kitchen appliances are using gas. Spend relaxing moments on the open terrace in front of the house or on the beach that is within easy reach. There is also an unofficial nudist beach nearby. Explore the beautiful island of Rab and all its splendor, and in the evening visit the old town center of the city of Rab, which has a rich history and numerous cultural manifestations.

    “Ich versuche mich kurz zu halten.
    - Garten war total verwildert und nicht zu gebrauchen
    - Der Zaun rundherum war rostig, stellenweise aufgebrochen (eigentlich Verletzungsgefahr wenn man mit Kindern oder Hunden dort ist)
    - mit der Müllentsorgung hat es die Besitzerin anscheinend nicht so, hinterm Haus lagen Müllsäcke der Vormieter, alte kaputte Luftmatratzen etc.
    - Der Boiler oberhalb der Toilette war undicht, dementsprechend nass im Bad
    - Warmwasser gab's nur im Garten, was prinzipiell voll okay gewesen wäre, wenn die Dusche etwas gepflegt gewesen wäre. Hatten alle Fußpilz mach dem Urlaub.
    - Fliegengitter teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig, weil entweder nicht zu öffnen oder aber eingerissen.
    - als wir der Vermieterin mitteilten, das wir früher wieder nach Hause fahren wollten, war diese einfach nicht mehr zu erreichen.
    - wer sich das Haus auf Google Maps vorab ansieht, und vielleicht den Gedanken bekommt, das man mit dem kleinen einfachen Häuschen in der Natur und seine Ruhe hat... 250m entfernt ist ein Campingplatz, und der Strandweg verläuft direkt vor der Haus bzw Gartentür - dementsprechend nicht wirklich abgeschottet.

    Unser Fazit leider rausgeschmissenes Geld 2700€ für 1 Woche ist für diese Instandhaltung eine absolute Frechheit. Wir waren seid über 6jahren nicht mehr am Meer, hatten gespart und wollten uns einfach etwas gönnen. Naja.
