This attractive, large chalet for a maximum of 12 people, ideal for large groups and families, is located in Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse, near Zell am See and Kaprun in Salzburgerland and impresses with its tasteful furnishings, excellent location and great view of the town.

The chalet offers a spacious living room with a large dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 with an extra loft bed), another bedroom and bathroom, a large terrace, ski room/storage room and a garden. Parking spaces at the house are also available.

The town of Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse is only 10 minutes by car from the well-known holiday resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun. Three different ski areas, two beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake - this is what the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region offers at the foot of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The runs on the Schmittenhöhe, the Maiskogel family ski area and the snow-sure ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn offer a total of 150 kilometers of slopes full of variety. The Zell am See - Kaprun region is also ideal for winter hikers, cross-country skiing fans and freestylers. Numerous mountain huts and a lively apres-ski scene round off the complete offering.

In summer, the Schlossbad in Bruck on Grossglocknerstrasse offers lots of bathing fun!

    “Das Haus liegt etwas über dem Ort, trotzdem zentral. Zufahrt zum Objekt ist eng, mit meinem Pickup Amarok kein Problem. Wer zum Haus möchte, muss rückwärts fahren können. Vorwärts den Berg hoch, rückwärts die Zufahrt hoch, im Hof umdrehen, rückwärts die die Zufahrt wieder runter und vorwärts den Berg runter. Im Hof ist für 5 Autos (zweireihig) platz, man muss aber beachten, dass der wo zuerst parkt, als letzter wieder abfährt.
    Schönes modernes Haus, idyllisch gelegen, schöner Ausblick, große Räume, schöne Terrasse, Einrichtung von Küche und Wohnzimmer modern, die Treppe knarrt, daran ist das Alter erkennbar, Einrichtung der Bäder ist ok, ein Fön fehlt, das EG Zimmer ist ohne Toilette (befindet sich halbe Treppe höher), das Durchgangszimmer geeignet für eine Familie / gute Freunde oder Bekannte, nach den Bäder sollte man mal schauen, es sind die WC Deckel lose. Im Bad des DGZ sind die Einstellmöglichkeiten der Wasserhähne gewöhnungsbedürftig.
    Bäcker und Gaststätten in max 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung am besten mit dem Auto fahren. (max. 5 min).
    All dies würde mich aber nicht abhalten, das Haus wieder für einen Aufenthalt mit meiner Familie zu mieten.”
