This holiday cottage is located in the centre of one of the beautiful palm groves of the small town of Santa Lucía. We access the accommodation by a path of about 50 meters.
The house offers a perfect paradisiacal environment for you to relax for a few days. Starting inside, the house consists of an en-suite double and a twin bed, a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with satellite TV and a music system with a CD player. On the outside, you are treated to a cosy porch to dine in the fresh air while enjoying the breathtaking view. The swimming pool with its terrace and sunbeds adds the perfect finishing touch to this idyllic setting

    “Der Zugang zu Unterkunft war leider nicht barrierefrei und nur mit einigen Hürden zu meistern. Diese Info hätte ich mir gern vorab gewünscht.
    Das Haus ist mit einigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgerüstet. Sämtliche Möbel und andere Utensilien bedürfen aber die Pflege eines Heimwerker. Viele lose Schrauben und damit wackelige Gegenstände. Eine Hausinfo über Schalter, die Gegenstände bedienen, hätte viele Unsicherheiten schnell beseitigt und mir einige Anrufe erspart.
    Der Pool wurde trotz halbtägiger Sonneneinstrahlung nicht war. Leider für mich keine Alternative und die mindestens halbstündige Anfahrt zum Meer war damit obligatorisch.
    Die wunderschöne Stille im Hinterland wurde leider von minutenlangen Bellexzessen der Wachhunde gestört. Ich hatte viel Mühe diesen Umstand auszublenden und zur Ruhe zu kommen.
    Des Weiteren war auch der Fahrtweg zur Unterkunft gerade im Bau, weshalb wir auf eine sehr schmale Straße mit Ampelschaltung bis zu 10 Minuten ausweichen mussten. Dieser Umstand sowie der Verweis auf ein kleines Auto wurde uns erst eine Woche zuvor mitgeteilt, was mit dem Planungshorizont bei der Autovermietung nicht übereinstimmt.
    Alles in Allem habe ich mir etwas mehr Transparenz gewünscht.”
