The house was built in 1800, being completely renovated in the year 2001. Villa Pino Díaz is situated in the village of Fataga, where one can enjoy a warm, peaceful stay in the environment of a small village. It is made up of two houses, "A" for 4 people and "B" for 2. Villa Pino Díaz B has a fully-equipped kitchen next to the living room, which has a TV and stereo system with CD. Going down a few steps is the bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a pretty terrace with sun loungers

    “Austattung ist gut, Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, geräumige Küche / Wohnraum mit allen nötigen Utensilien, kleiner LCD-TV, WLAN.
    Das Häuschen mit zwei Ferienwohnungen liegt im alten Stadtkern, ruhig gelegen. Bäckerei in der Nähe hat ab ca. 8:30 Mo-Sa frische Brötchen in zwei Größen und Mandel-Gebäck. Restaurants sind an der Durchgangsstraße bei der Kirche in ca. 3-5 Minuten Gehstrecke, die auch bei Gepäcktransport einzuplanen sind, da die Zufahrt mit dem PKW wegen der Enge der Zufahrtswege nicht zu empfehlen ist!
    Liegeterrassen mit Liegen, Tische, Stühle im Innenbereich / Hof mit separater Eingangstür zum Dorfweg.
    Kleinere Wohnung mit zwei Einzelbetten in einem separatem Schlafzimmer, größere Wohnung mit je zwei Einzelbetten in zwei separaten Schlafräumen.
    Dusche / Waschbecken / WC ausreichend, etwas muffig, aber durch gute Lüftungsmöglichkeit o.k.. Frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche einmal die Woche oder bei Bedarf.
    Alles sauber bei Übernahme. Schlüssel bekommt man, wenn der Hauseigner nicht erreichbar ist, im Restaurant El Labrador bei der Kirche gegenüber.
    Sehr netter Besitzer Antonio Garcia Perez brachte regelmäßig frisches Obst und Eier aus eigener Herstellung. Uns wurde auch angeboten zwischendurch die Waschmaschine in einem extra Raum zu benutzen, brauchten wir nicht.”
