The house is located 6 kilometres away from the coast, on the outskirts of the small town of Ingenio, in a country estate of 10,000 square metres given over to cultivation. Inside the house there are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a dining room, two bathrooms and a large, very comfortable living room with a fireplace. The house has been decorated combining colour with stone and wood. Outside there is a pleasant Canarian wooden roofed terrace that gives directly on to a spacious patio where there is a barbecue, and sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine
