Enjoy the Styrian sunshine and the view of the Grebenzen at 1900 metres. Constanze house lies at around 850 metres above sea level in Styria, in the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature reserve. The detached larch wood house with a fenced garden is about a kilometre from the centre of Neumarkt.
The cosy holiday house is accessed on the ground floor through the sunny veranda. The ground floor also has a bedroom for two people, a bathroom (corner bath with a shower attachment, handles), a WC (handles), a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining space for six people (arolla pine wood sitting corner). The living room has a TV with national and international cable channels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The attic offers a further veranda with a wonderful view into the distance and two bedrooms each for two people.
The garden measures around 750m². You can park conveniently on site free of charge. Garden furniture is provided. The terrace has a parasol, or perhaps you’d prefer the natural shade of an apple tree. You decide where you’d like to relax. The grill is on the lawn by the apple tree. Dogs are welcome. The fenced garden is safe for dogs.
