This modern, three bedroom villa is situated in Leucate, less than 600 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The thoughtfully designed home boasts a bright interior with contemporary furnishings, high-quality amenities and light and airy rooms. It offers plenty of space for six guests with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and an open-plan kitchen and living area on the first floor. Outside, the swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing on a hot summers' day (as is the nearby sea!). The surrounding area is bursting with natural beauty and is home to a wonderful selection of sights. The charming city of Perpignan is roughly 30km from the holiday home, where you can discover monuments such as the Palace of the Kings of Majorca and the Castillet. Narbonne is also well worth a visit (situated 34km away), where you can immerse yourself in the Gallo-Roman period and visit the Archaeological Museum and the Lapidaire Museum, as well as the St Just Cathedral and the Abbey of Fontfroide. A visit to Les Halles offers the opportunity to purchase some delicious regional product, charcuterie and some of the fabulous local wines! The vineyards of Banyuls and Corbières both produce some exceptional wine - be sure to buy a bottle to sample on the comfort of the holiday home's terrace, after a relaxing day spent exploring this beautiful region.

    “Ein klasse Ferienhaus und tolle Vermieter! Waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern 1 Woche da. Babybett war kein Problem. Man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Haus parken. Ein Supermarkt, der auch Sonntag Vormittag offen hat, ist 3 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort Leucate hat ein typisches französisches Flair mit entsprecheder Restauration, die ich aber nicht beurteilen kann, da wir diese nur im Vorbeifahren gesehen haben. Man hat vom Haus in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen einen fantastischen Ausblick bis zu den Pyrenäen und natürlich in die Les Corbières. Der Pool auf der Terrasse läßt sich mit einem Teil der Terrasse zuschieben, so daß auch Kindern dann nicht in den Pool fallen können. Tolle Idee! Moderne Küche, moderne Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ersten Tage war es sehr windig / stürmisch (mit starkem Wind muß man rechnen), danach war es aber windstill...”
