Holiday house for three people with a terrace
Our family-run holiday home Rennsteig-Residenz is located in a central and quiet location of the state-approved climatic health resort Friedrichroda.
The holiday house newly renovated in 2018 has a tasteful, inviting and modern interior. Its 50m² provide a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with a shower, hallway and a roofed terrace. It is suitable for two to three people and is rented out all year round. It has central heating. A sofa and armchair in the living room with a flatscreen satellite TV, DVD player and a radio with a CD player invite you to relax. If the weather is inclement, board games, CDs and books will ensure there is not a dull moment. The living room window can be darkened by an external blind. The living room has a hatch through to the modern kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils, two electric cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, safe and egg boiler. The living room has a table with three chairs for dining together after cooking. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and shelving. A folding bed is available here for a third guest. This window can also be darkened with an external blind. The tild bathroom has a shower, WC, mirror, stool and electric extractor fan. In the hallway you can find a further wardrobe, cushions for the terrace furniture and a shoe shelf. A fire extinguisher, a First Aid kit and a fire blanket are available in the house for your safety.
The house is surrounded by a large, shared, green and well-tended garden. Your accommodation has a separate entrance. The roofed terrace has lighting and a table with four chairs and cushions. There is a container for separating rubbish. During the summer months you can use all the terrace furniture, or a bench in winter.
