Holiday House in Costa Paradiso with Barbecue, Terrace and Garden and Wonderful View

The house enjoys an optimal location, right near the beach, as well as bars, restaurants and shops.

It is on two floors. The main floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and a large, tastefully furnished living room with access to an atrium and a wonderful, roofed terrace with a 180° view of the sea. On the same floor there is the sleeping area with the main bedroom, two double suites with their own bathroom and a two-bed room with a third bathroom. On the lower floor there are a large living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside on the large sun terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view and the sea is just a few minutes away along a path.

It is 100 metres to the sea and the nearest beach, 650 metres from Li Cossi beach with parking, 150 metres from the nearest shopping centre (minimarket, bar, restaurant).

    “Spacious villa over two levels with lovely outside terrace and sun area.However it would benefit from some upgrades in certain areas as it is showing it’s age We were a party of four (2 couples) so had no need to use the downstairs area. The kitchen is very small and dysfunctional (but well equipped) and only one person can be in it at any given time which we found a challenge as we ate in 4 of thenights we were there Mr Sagi was extremely helpful meeting us on arrival and showing us around.We also had an issue with the shower not draining and a toilet not flushing but he was there and arranged a plumber within a few hours to fix these. Overall this is a lovely villa but given the high costs it would benefit from some finer touches eg Wi-Fi only works in the living area and terrace and not throughout the house. Only one set of towels per person which means ensuring they are washed and dried that day for use again. Mr Sagi provided us with beach towels after we requested them. Costa Paradiso is a beautiful area and the view from the villa is stunning but there is not a lot to do however it suited us fine as we were there for a relaxing week in the sun.”
