Villa Grand Coo piscine et jacuzzi 7pers Au bout d'une petite ruelle, en bordure de forêt, encerclée par quelques maisons, des champs et le lac de Coo, la villa Grand Coo bénéficie d'une situation idéale. Au cœur de la nature et à à peine quelques centaines de mètres d'une multitudes d'activités.



Cette ancienne ferme a été rénovée en 2014 avec confort pour le plaisir de tous : ambiance chaleureuse, décontractée, campagnarde avec tout le nécessaire pour les plus exigeants.

Au rez de chaussée, entrez par le hall, toilette invité et buanderie. Découvrez ensuite le salon avec poêle à bois et accès terrasse. La cuisine est super équipée, à côté de la salle de jeu avec kicker.

Au premier étage : une première chambre (1 lit 180 cm) et sa salle de bain (bain + douche, lavabo et toilette) et une seconde chambre (2 lits 90cm) avec salle de bain privative (douche, lavabo, toilette).

Au deuxième étage, une grande chambre avec 3 lits 90 cm, TV et et salle de bain privative (douche, lavabo, toilette).

En face de la maison, 2 places de parking.

A l'extérieur : première petite terrasse sous une pergola avec table à manger et BBQ, plus loin, une seconde grande terrasse avec piscine chauffée (01/05 - 30/09), un jacuzzi couvert et chauffé toute l'année, chaises longues et salon lounge. Tout ça, vue sur le lac de Coo .



Des places de parkings en face de la maison. Vue incroyable sur le lac depuis la terrasse, des belles plantations. Piscine extérieure chauffée du 01/05 au 30/09, jacuzzi chauffé toute l'année, meubles de jardins et BBQ au Charbon.

    “Op zich een aardige accommodatie, maar persoonlijke ontvangst en gastvrijheid 0,0. Ook heb ik mij geërgerd aan de achteraf toegevoegde kosten en regels: vuilniszakken 5€ per stuk betalen of zelf meenemen naar huis, lege flessen: 15€ boete als je ze niet zelf opruimde. Niet voor het huis parkeren, niet praten in de hot tub en zelf de WC's schoonmaken, ondanks dat we al 150€ betaalden voor de schoonmaak. Plus een veelheid aan andere regels, boetes en dreigingen. Ik voelde mij eerder een last dan een gast.”

    “Hoewel we wat ongerust waren of de accommodatie wel zou zijn zoals op de foto's en in de beschrijvingen, viel de realiteit reuze mee. Het huis was proper en gezellig ingericht. Minder geschikt voor grote mensen wel, met lage deuren en plafonds en "kleine" bedden (wij zijn een familie van reuzen).
    Wel vielen ons wat minpuntjes op qua onderhoud. Op het buitenterras en rond het zwembad lagen meerdere planken los, met splinters en uitstekende schroeven. Je moest altijd goed uitkijken waar je je voeten neerzette, en de kans op een lelijke kwetsuur was dan ook reëel.
    Ook de communicatie over wat en nu precies wel en niet aanwezig was kan beter. Door de onduidelijke omschrijving zijn wij nog allerlei beddengoed moeten gaan kopen, wat dan achteraf niet nodig bleek te zijn. De eigenaar kan hier veel duidelijker in zijn.
