Al primo piano di caseggiato quadrifamiliare, bilocale centralissimo. Affacciato su caratteristica piazzetta, si trova a 100 m dalla splendida spiaggia di Marina di Campo ed a due passi da tutti i servizi e dalla zona pedonale. E' composto di camera matrimoniale, cucina attrezzata con ulteriore posto letto e tavolo per mangiare. Bagno con doccia. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, TV/SAT e Lavatrice.

    “Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einwandfrei (zu Fuss am Strand, sehr zentral gelegen mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars rund herum).
    Die tolle Lage der Wohnung hat als Manko, dass sie Zentral gelegen ist und somit auch mit Aussenlärm gerechnet werden muss.
    Leider ist die Wohnung nicht in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Matratze ist nicht dem Preis entsprechend, Abnutzungsspuren überall in der Wohnung (Badezimmer, Küche).
    Obwohl wir zusätzlich Bettwäsche gebucht haben, war sie nicht vorhanden und auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter, hat er sie einen Tag später gebracht. Jedoch keine Bettwäsche sondern eine unwaschbare Decke ohne Bettbezug, welche wir lieber nicht benutzt haben (mangelnde Hygiene).
    Allgemein war der Vermieter nicht daran interessiert, uns herzlich willkommen zu heissen und uns in der Wohnung herumzuführen usw.
    Bei der Ankunft hat er uns zudem gefragt, wie lange wir bleiben. Nichts desto trotz kam nach zwei Tagen (Samstag, unser letzter voller Urlaubstag) ein anderer Mann um 09:00 Uhr Morgens und klopfte, später klingelte uns aus dem Bett, um genau wieder die gleiche Frage zu stellen.

    Unser Schlussfazit:
