The 45m² holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a four-storey apartment building and consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a four-zone electric stove with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into another double bed (160 x 200cm). The lightly tiled bathroom has a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a big wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
