The simple country cottage Ca`n Toni lies on a 7000m2 large property (of which about 1000m2 usable), located just 1km from the old town of Alcudia, and only 2km from the beautiful white sandy beach of Alcudia. This house has a living area of 100 m2, spread over 2 floors. In the ground floor is the living room, a small TV room with air conditioning, kitchen with dining room, 1 bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom. The garden has a pool 9x4,5m surrounded by lawn. There is also a barbecue and the house has WiFi. Pets are allowed.
