Charming Holiday House in Okrug Gornji with Large Terrace

The holiday house with a fabulous sea view is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Mavarsitca, Ciovo. It is only about 100 metres to the sea.Comfortable holiday house with a fabulous sea view, in a quiet location just 100 metres from the pebbled beach – relax in the Mediterranean garden and enjoy regional specialities

The house of around 123m² is on two floors including the apartment. All the bedrooms have a light and friendly interior. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third has a French bed. The bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with air conditioning. The cosy living and dining room with air conditioning is ideal for planning trips and activities. It has a suite and satellite TV. You can dine together at the big dining table after cooking. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary utensils for self-catering, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. There are two tiled bathrooms with a bath and WC, as well as a guest WC. Wi-Fi is available.

Relax in the Mediterranean garden with citrus fruits, figs, grapes, almonds, cacti and olives. A large terrace with quality garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue invite you to sit together sociably. You can end the day with a glass of wine on the three south-facing balconies and cool off under the outdoor shower on hot days. There are two parking spaces right by the house.

If required, you can also use the ca. 15m² apartment for two people, with a separate entrance, a French bed, a shower, WC and cooking niche, so that a maximum of eight people can be accommodated.

Owing to being almost right by the sea, it is only about 150 metres to the pebbled and concrete beach. There is a grocery shop just 100 metres away. If you would like to explore the surroundings on foot, you can find the nearest hiking path about 100 metres away. Water sports activities, diving or boat hire are also nearby. It is about 5km to Trogir with its famous old town, which is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. It is about 10km to Split airport. To improve the transport connections still further, a new bridge is currently being built which is due to be completed in 2018.

    “Schöner erholsamer Urlaub, für größere Kinder zu wenig los. Positiv: Es war genügend Platz für 3 Kinder,
    Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, die Nähe zum Wasser ,sehr ruhig gelegen
    die Betten waren bezogen. Negativ: die Anfahrt war mi unserem Bus etwas beschwerlich und es gab einige Schrammen.
    Der Supermarkt war zu Fuß nur über einen Berg zu erreichen. Restaurant: Pizzeria - Klein und fein.”

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einer kleinen Einliegerwohnung (im UG). Wir haben dort mit 6 Personen ( 4 Erw. / 2 Kinder) einen schönen Urlaub verlebt. Alle wichtigen Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand ist 100m, die es aber in sich haben. Der Weg ist sehr steil, so dass man vom Strand zum Haus schon mal 2-3 Pausen einlegen musste. (Sollte man in der Anzeige vermerken, da ältere Menschen Probleme mit dieser Steigung haben könnten) Bei der Wärme war es sehr schön, dass am Haus eine Gartendusche steht, die für schöne Abkühlung sorgte und das Salzwasser abspülte.
    Abends konnte man sehr schön auf der 2.ten Terrasse Grillen und zu Abend essen, dazu den wundervollen Ausblick über das Meer genießen.
    An der Ausstattung im und um das Haus, fehlte es uns an nichts, es war alles vorhanden.
    Verwirrend war, das die angezeigte Lage in der Anzeige, nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage überein stimmte.”
