The holiday house is situated in Luz. The place is shown on the map. You will also find the location of the holiday house marked there. Subject to change: The description text and the travel documents which include the address of the holiday house shall apply.
This single storey contemporary villa is set in its own grounds with a private pool and direct access to its own private tennis court.

It was designed to be 'accessible' and benefits from step-free access throughout, including the swimming pool and garden.

The villa was renovated and all bedroom furniture renewed in 2023.



The private pool is heated by solar power. Additional pool heating is available from the beginning of October to the end of April - at extra cost.

The dimensions of the pool are 6m x 4m, with a depth of 1-2m.



The villa has been built and furnished & equipped to a very high standard and comes with all modern conveniences.



Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. As with the entire villa, the bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible. Doorways (including into the showers) are 70-72cm wide.



Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom overlooks the pool.



The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a small laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



The lounge / dining room leads out to the sun terrace from where there are sea views.



The Blue Flag, family-friendly accessible beach of Praia da Luz is a short drive (3 minutes) or 15 minute walk from the villa.

The beach has fine golden sand and there are plenty of facilities, refreshments and watersports available. The soft sand is perfect for sunbathing and beach games.



For golfers, this villa is situated just a few minutes from the Espiche and Boavista golf courses and within a 20-minute drive are the courses at Golfe de Santo António and Palmares.



This property is licensed according to Portuguese holiday rental laws [Licence # 5536/AL] and is fully compliant with all safety regulations.



Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.

Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.

    “Quite expensive but very well equipped, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Originally booked for 2020 but holiday delayed due to Covid and subsequent travel restrictions so pleased we were finally able to go this year.
    Enjoyed having our own pool and were also excited to have our own tennis court. However some very strong winds during the fortnight meant we did not use the court quite as much as hoped.
    Until arrival we had not appreciated quite how much of a steep uphill there would be from Luz to the villa - perhaps this could be more clearly indicated when advertising the villa.
    However overall a fantastic property which we would have no hesitation in recommending.”

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll. Luz ist sehr klein und ohne Mietauto wäre es wirklich schwer gewesen in die nächste Stadt zu kommen. Das Haus bzw. der Außenbereich sind völlig dem Wind ausgesetzt. Hinter dem Haus ist es windstill. Der Pool und der Essbereich außen sind nicht wirklich windgeschützt und aus diesem Grund kann auch kein Sonnenschirm aufgespannt werden, da dieser droht um zu kippen.
    Die Ausstattung ist super und die Sauberkeit ist auch okay. Wir hatten ein Haar in unserem Bett und die Kleiderschränke sind auch ein wenig staubig. Der Holzboden in der Dusche ist unserer Meinung nach unhygienisch und es gibt viele Ameisen in den verschiedenen Räumen. Einen Föhn haben wir im ganzen Haus nicht gefunden.
    Einige Lichter der Außenbeleuchtung haben fast gar nicht bis überhaupt nicht funktioniert und ein Licht im Pool hat nicht funktioniert.
    Die Schiebetüre vom Wohnzimmer in den Garten konnte zwar komplett geschlossen werden, aber sie konnte ganz leicht wieder geöffnet werden obwohl sie von Innen verriegelt war. Die Schiebetüre vom Schlafzimmer zum Pool und auch die Haustüre ging sehr schwer zu öffnen.
    Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und wir bekamen immer schnell eine Rückmeldung. Das Haus und auch der Außenbereich, sowie der Tennisplatz sind wirklich unglaublich toll. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir werden diese Villa anderen Leuten weiterempfehlen.”
