Set in Paguera, this wonderful house with private pool and terrace can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Welcome!
After a nice day on the beach you may fancy a refreshing exterior shower and afterwards a little swim in the 5m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3m to 1.8m. There are 6 sun loungers at your disposal. Make a barbecue with friends and family on the porch or enjoy a lazy afternoon in the conservatory with direct pool access. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Inside, a cozy sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and big sofa invites you to sit down and relax. Chefs will create new menus in the well-equipped kitchen with induction hob. The house is decorated in a simple but very cozy way. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing hob are available. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with shower too, on the ground floor. We can supply one cot and one high chair if necessary.
A staircase leads to the first floor with three double bedrooms, one with private bath with bathtub, and an independent bath with bathtub equally. Six fans complete the equipment.
Paguera offers a big variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and last but not least, the wonderful sand beach which is about 900 meters away. Visit the nice beaches nearby like Camp de Mar, Cala Fornells and Cala Llamp. Visit the luxury ports of Andratx and Portals Nous, play golf in Bendinat, hike and cycle in the Tramuntana Mountains and visit the island's capital Palma de Mallorca which is famous because of the La Seu Cathedral.
