Holiday apartments with a veranda, in a wonderful location right by the beach

These holiday apartments are right by the beach promenade at Donnalucata, part of Scicli situated by the coast. The apartments are in a three-storey residential house, not far from the town centre.

The apartments are functionally furnished and provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a flatscreen TV, free wireless Internet access and ironing equipment. They have neither heating nor air conditioning.

Each apartment has its own private outdoor area. Cars can be parked free of charge on the street.

The town centre is nearby, so various shops, supermarkets, a cinema, a pharmacy, a bank, newspaper kiosks, bars, pizzerias, restaurants etc. are within easy walking distance. You can buy freshly caught fish at the fishing harbour. There are also some very good ice cream cafes. Donnalucata is an ideal starting point for going on trips to Etna, Siracusa, Piazza Armerina and Agrigento. Baroque towns in the Val di Noto, such as Scicli, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Ragusa, Catania etc. are within easy access.

Holiday apartment on the upper floor

The apartment of around 120m² is suitable for up to seven people. The entrance to the apartment is from the alley to the rear of the building. The front door is accessed up outdoor stairs. There are four light and spacious bedrooms, of which three each have a double bed (160 x 190cm) and the fourth has a French bed (120 x 190cm). The cooking niche is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals: a gas stove, a mini oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer and of course crockery and cooking utensils. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished and has a dining space with a table and chairs, as well as a cosy lounge area with a sofa. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower.

The apartment is pleasantly light, as it has a balcony facing the sea. There is also a 150m2 roof terrace with a table and chairs, an ideal place for dining and for ending the day with a glass of fine wine. There is also a little laundry room here with a washing machine.

    “die Lage ist super, am Ende des Lungomare: man spaziert nur 200 m zur Bar oder zur Pizzeria "Retro". Der feinsandige goldgelbe Strand ist direkt vor der Terasse !
    Die Fewo ist groß, hat 70ger Jahre-Flair und ist angenehm kühl im Sommer. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich, immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert!”
