Holiday House in Campo Di Sopra with Private Parking and Unique View

The mansion is located in Tuscany and also above the picturesque Ligurian coast of the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, (Unesco World Heritage) and the wonderful Golfo die Poeti, with its sandy beaches (half hour drive) and islands. There are unique cities such as La Spezia, Lucca, Parma, Genoa, Pietrasanta, Forte die Marmi, Florence, Milan and endless villages.

On the ground floor is a large living room with large open kitchen, dining area with seating for 12-14 people and a spacious ounce with sating area. The four large French windows offer a beautiful view. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is an entrance hall,

We can provide two cots. The house has large windows with stunning views. The establishment of this new development is of good quality and tasteful.

The house and garden are fully south facing and offer both a unique view of the valley and the hills to the sea. The house is located in an exclusive domain of 12 ha with olive trees, woodland and mountain field. On this mountain meadow you have a view on the ridges, sea and islands and you have the opportunity to stroll and picnic. The property enjoys great privacy.

The large fenced grassy yard (2000 m2) is a private saltwater pool (17 x 5 m depth 1,5 m) with underwater nightlights. The garden is directly accessible from the home without an incline. You can enjoy the shade of some trees and the pergola and the children have space to play. Parking at the house.

Supermarkets and other shops are 5 km away. In half an hour you are on the sandy beaches of the beautiful Lerici overlooking the bay and islands. Unique trips to Portovenere and Cinque Terre. The near atmospheric La Spezia had a seaside promenade, marina, and numerous shops and restaurants. Cerreto Laghi ski resort (45 km) offers during the summer hiking and winter skiing can obviously there.

    “Det fanns allt man kunde önska sig. Köket var välutrustat med fina serviser, alla slags glas, kastruller och stekpannor för matlagning till många personer. Sköna sängar med härliga lakan, handdukar, badlakan och poolhanddukar. Hugo och hans fru var fantastiskt trevliga och hjälpsamma, kunde inte önskat bättre värdpar.
    Vackert beläget med fantastisk utsikt, men man måste ha bil då det är ganska långt till närmsta affärer och restauranger.
    Välskött och pedantiskt städat, mycket rent och fräscht både inne och även ute i trädgård och poolområde. Trivdes direkt man kom dit.
    Då man kan bo upp till 14 personer utan att trängas tycker vi det var prisvärt.”
