Komfortable Ferienwohnungen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Garten, an der tyrrhenischen Küste südlich von Rom
Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Sabaudia, einer Kleinstadt an der Küste südlich von Rom.
Die Wohnungen sind gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Da alle Räume beheizbar sind, sind sie die ideale Unterkunft für einen Urlaub das ganze Jahr über. In den Sommermonaten sind die Wohnungen gut ventiliert und benötigen keine Klimaanlage. Dank der Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, können diese auch nachts offen gehalten werden. Die Kamine in den Wohnungen sind auf Wunsch nutzbar. Das Brennholz dafür ist im Handel erwerblich. Es ist eine gute Internetverbindung vorhanden, die den Gästen kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht. Für die kleinen Gäste ist bei Bedarf ein Babybett verfügbar.
Zum Gebäude gehört ein Garten, in dem ein Pavillon mit Sitzbänken steht und zu dem die Gäste Zugang haben, um den Abend gesellig unter dem Sternenhimmel ausklingen zu lassen. Der Garten ist mit hohen Bäumen bepflanzt, die im Sommer angenehmen Schatten spenden. Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann ein Fahrzeug auf Wunsch in der Garage des Hauses abgestellt werden (Bei Buchung angeben und Verfügbarkeit anfragen). Weitere Fahrzeuge können auf der Straße in der Nähe des Hauses abgestellt werden. Den Gästen stehen gegen einen geringen Aufpreis außerdem einige Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
Im Gebäude ist kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden, deshalb sind die Wohnungen nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. Außerdem ist das Grillen nicht gestattet. Auf Anfrage ist das Mitbringen von einem Haustier gestattet.
Der Strand ist weniger als 2000m entfernt und somit bequem erreichbar. Da das Stadtzentrum nur 700m entfernt ist, liegen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Lokale, Restaurants und jeder Service ganz in der Nähe. In wenigen Kilometern Entfernung liegt ein Reitstall.

This penthouse is on the second floor of the house and provides around 75m² of living space. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 190cm), a large wall cupboard and a safe for your valuables, the other with two single beds (90 x 190cm) that can also be arranged as a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen has a modern kitchen unit with everything you need for preparing meals: a gas stove, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine and a table with chairs. Crockery, cooking utensils and an espresso pot are provided. The living room is cosy and has a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, chairs and a TV. A single bed can be added on request. The bathroom has a WC with a bidet function, a spacious shower cubicle and a washbasin.
The apartment features a private terrace (55m²) with a table, chairs, hammocks and a parasol – an ideal place for relaxing totally. There is also a practical sink.
