Holiday house Oliva is located in the area of Porec Jug, only 700m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house has been partly renovated in 2014 and has a private garden with barbecue and private parking. The owner does not live on the property.
The holiday house Oliva for 6 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 110m2. On the groundfloor there is a furnished kitchen, dining table and livingroom with exit to the terrace with garden furniture, and shower/toilet.
On the first floor ther are three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and balcony, one with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet.
