Holiday home with a private pool and stunning views in a quiet location


This property is located in a picturesque location in the Tramuntana Mountains on the edge of Campanet. The small town is located in eastern Mallorca and is considered an insider tip.

The 220 m² bungalow is comfortably furnished and offers space for up to six people. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, a coffee table, two armchairs, a satellite television with a DVD and a CD player, a stereo and a separate dining area. The kitchen is furnished with an oven with an integrated steamer, a four burner gas stove, two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a washer and dryer and has an adjacent pantry/utility room. One of the three bedrooms is furnished with a 2 m double bed, air conditioning and it also has an en suite bathroom with a level access shower, a double sink, a toilet and a hairdryer. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a 1.80 m or a 2.00 m bed and have air conditioning. The second bathroom also boats a shower, a toilet, a double sink, a bidet and a hair dryer. A child's cot and highchair are available upon request. German books and board games are available for your enjoyment. The house also offers wireless internet access free of charge and has central oil heating.

The detached villa with the large garden protected from views will offer you a great place to enjoy a holiday. Come here and relax. Take a dip in the large private pool (ca. 35 m²) or chill on one of the sun loungers.
The covered patio offers beautiful views and is ideal for dining al fresco. There is even an outdoor fireplace. You will also find outdoor furniture, a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, a sun shade and an outdoor shower. There are three car parking spaces available free of charge. Pets are not permitted.

A rental car is recommended. The fireplace in the living room serves a decorative purpose only.

It is an easy walk into Campanet, where you will find restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and an ATM. The plaza of Campanet hosts a weekly market on Tuesdays. Regional produce and products are on sale here. Sandy beaches can easily be reached, as well. We recommend Platja de Muro (14 km). For the family, Platja de Baulo (17 km) is ideal. Hikers and bicyclists will love the Tramuntana Mountains and everything they have to offer. We also recommend a visit to Sant Miguel Valley, Las Fonts Ufanes and Soller. The caves Las Coves de Campanet are about a 30 minute walk. They are to the north of the town and are about 50 meters deep. Do not miss out on this natural wonder.

    “Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Viel Geschirr, Tassen, sehr viele Gläser. Die veröffentlichten Fotos geben eines zutreffenden Eindruck von der gepflegten Anlage. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Pool war wunderbar.”

    “Wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ideal für Ruhesuchende! Einzig das häufige Gebell der vielen Hunde hat die ruhige Idylle ein wenig getrübt... Sonst aber sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist aufgrund der Hanglage fantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung super. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die professionelle Betreuung durch die Verwaltung vor Ort kannten wir von bisherigen Ferienhäusern auf Mallorca nicht. Auch die regelmäßige Pool-Reinigung und Prüfung der Wasserqualität fanden wir sehr gut. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir können sicher wieder.”

    “Das wunderschöne Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge und in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Wir wurden von der Verwalterin herzlich begrüßt und durften unsere Koffer bereits im Haus verstauen, obwohl wir zu früh angekommen sind.
    Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich sehr gut. Die 3 Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief (2,5 m) und wird regelmäßig vom Poolservice gereinigt und die Wasserqualität überprüft. Top!
    Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, somit ist der Erholungsfaktor sehr hoch.
    Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.

    Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!”
