Holiday apartments with a sea-view balcony, just a few steps from the sea and the beach

The house that these two apartments are part of is just a few steps from the sea and affords a very beautiful view of Bibinje. It is also just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Bibinje, which is to the south-east of the historical town Zadar, between the Adriatic tourist road and the sea. A four-kilometre-long coast with promenades and beaches awaits you.

You can spend your summer evenings on your own balcony or terrace with a sea view. The garden and grill are available for shared use. The owner can provide traditional Croatian grill dishes with beef, lamb or squid. A parking space by the house is included in the rental price.

The apartments are in a quiet area of Bibinje, right by the sea and the sandy beach. It is also possible to hire a bicycle. Pets are allowed.

Local restaurants nearby offer regional dishes. There are cafes, little shops, a self-service shop in the town centre, as well as a little repair workshop for cars and boat motors. You can also find a post office with money exchange, a kindergarten, a general hospital, a dental practice and a pharmacy. Swimming enthusiasts will be delighted that the sea and the beach are practically on the doorstep.

The house, within which the apartment is situated, is only a few steps from the sea, and offers a beatiful view of Bibinje. The house is also only few minutes away from the main centre of Bibinje by foot.
Bibinje is situated southeast from the historical city Zadar, between the Adriatic tourist road and the sea, having a four kilometer coast with beaches and pathways.
Local restaurants offer special dishes of the region, there are cafes, small shops, a self-service shop in the town center, a repair shop for motor vehicles and boat engines. There is a post office with money exchange office, a kindergarten, a general pactice clinic, a dentist's office, a drugstore.

The 100m² apartment is fully air-conditioned, is on the first floor and can accommodate up to seven people. The two bedrooms with a sea view are each furnished with a double bed 200cm wide and a wardrobe. The first bedroom also has a bunk bed that is also suitable for adults. The second has an additional single bed 90cm wide. The living room-kitchen provides a large oval dining table and is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle and toaster. A modern flatscreen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the kitchen unit. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available.

This apartment has a large sun terrace, as well as a smaller balcony. Both afford a beautiful view of the sea and are ideal for relaxing.

    “Super Lage! Direkt am Meer und am Strand!
    Schöne große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und einer großen Küche. Das beste ist die super schöne riesengroße Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

    Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Doppelbett mit guten Matratzen. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat zusätzlich ein Stockbett, das auch für Erwachsene geeignet ist. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

    Die Terrasse hat einen großen Tisch und ausreichend Stühle, sowie 4 Liegen und 2 Markisen, die ausreichend Schatten spenden.


    In der Küche ist ein großer Eßtisch mit ausreichend Stühlen und ein Fernseher. Wichtig sind der sehr große gut funktionierende Kühlschrank, eine Gefriertruhe und ein Backofen zusätzlich zu den normalen Standards.


    Alles war sauber. Das Internet (W-Lan) funktionierte sehr gut.


    Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfbereit.


    In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Bäckereien, Obststände und alles was man braucht. An der nahen Promenade ist abends ein wenig Action, aber nicht zu viel und zu laut”
