Cosy holiday house with a garden and a pool in between Gaia and Porto near shops and restaurants

This quietly located holiday home was fully renovated with original stones. It is 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bus from the beach.

The 60 m² house is comfortably furnished and offers space for five people. It offers two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. There is an additional toilet outside. The spacious, open plan kitchen is furnished with a cosy sofa bed for one, a dining area and the kitchen unit with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker. The cupboard is stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. Upon request, a baby bath tub and a child's cot can be provided. The house has Wi-Fi, satellite television (national and international channels), electric heating, a wood oven and a fireplace. It is comfortably warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer.

The 400 m² property is fully fenced in. You can cool of in the 10 m² pool. The patio offers a comfortable spot for enjoying the sun or a barbecue.

Pets are welcome. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children and pets.

A bus stop, servicing the beach, is close by. Restaurants, cafes, shops and ATMs can be found close by as well. It is 15 kilometres to both Gaia and Porto.

    “Maison agréable malgré quelques bruits d'avions et de voitures.
    Literies et salles de bain très confortables. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le jardin et le garage.
    Le rapport qualité prix est excellent au vu de tout ce qui trouve à disposition.Une petite amélioration
    au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine est à prévoir.”

    “Das Haus ist super, nur die Lage nicht unbedingt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, deutsch und englisch sprechend, es gab ein Begrüßungspaket. Beschreibung des Hauses ist soweit Ordnung, außer: 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer, mit Türen voneinander getrennt > sehr gut, plus eine Außentoilette mit Waschbecken, aber keine 3 Badezimmer! Entfernung Restaurant, Cafe ab 400m, nicht 200m. Entfernung Meer/Strand mindestens 1800m, nicht 500m. 20 Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand nur machbar wenn man schnell geht. Kaution muss nicht gezahlt werden!

    Was wirklich stört (deshalb nur 4 von 5 Häusern) ist der Lärm durch starken Autoverkehr, Haus liegt zwischen Autobahn, Haupt -und Umgehungsstraße.”
