Upstairs living area with sofa, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Large terrace, partly covered, fully equipped with tables, chairs and outdoor sink. With ceilings with wooden beams, ceramic floors of Vietri, the apartment is particularly suitable for customers who appreciate the charm of historic homes , accompanied by outstanding views of monuments and landscapes and a comfortable set of services. The house is in fact equipped with a television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and air conditioners. Small animals are allowed . The apartment is suitable for a family up to 5 people or for two couples. The coast of Gaeta, with its seven beaches, it is confirmed again this year the most beautiful beach destinations around the Lazio and won the Blue Flag award: 10 kilometers of beach that ended to the insenature of the famous Split Montain. In case of your arrival by car or motorcycle, you must tell us the license plate and the exact model of the vehicle 7 days before your arrival. Please note we can only release ONE access permit with the pass to public car parks and it is valid only inside the ZTL (blue stripes - parking space Not guaranteed). You will receive the permit for free upon arrival through our staff. Please Note! in case of arrival with more vehicles, contact us one week before your arrival.
