Stunning pool villa in a gated community, near Disneyland
This beautiful holiday villa is located in a gated community on Highgate Park in Davenport, only approximately a 15 minutes drive from Disneyland. Also close by are Universal Studios, Seaworld and other top attractions the area has to offer. The villa should therefore be your choice if you want to visit various tourist attractions.
The impressive, fully air-conditioned villa has a living space of 170 m² and can accommodate six adults and one child. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms, a dining area and a beautiful private pool, a games room and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a double bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, patio doors with access to the pool area and a great en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a flat screen TV and the third bedroom with its two single beds has a flat screen TV. So every guest can watch his favorite show. There is also a second, fully equipped bathroom for guests sleeping in bedrooms two and three. There is plenty of room to relax in this holiday home with two large lounge areas. There is a comfortable living room and a nice family room with comfortable sofas, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and patio doors that lead to the pool area. There is also plenty of room to enjoy your meals: There is a dining room, or you can have your breakfast at the small dining table next to the cooking area or next to the pool. In the games room, guests can keep fit and play table tennis, table football or darts before or after dinner. For cooking your favorite meals, there is a fully equipped kitchen. It has a stove, an oven and a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, and all the utensils you need for cooking. Useful on holiday is, of course, the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, in which you can do your laundry and iron. A high chair and a cot are provided at no extra cost.
How about a dip in your private pool? The pool of the house is 4 x 7 meters, has a variable depth of 1.50 to 2.5 meters and can be heated for a fee. Around the pool there is a beautiful glazed terrace with many chairs and loungers to relax so that each guest can enjoy the Florida sunshine. In front of the house are two parking spaces. The condominium has a playground and tennis courts. Both can be used by guests at no extra charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
The advertised rates do not include optional pool heat. You should not require optional pool heat between 1st June & 31st October. But you can add optional pool heat at 22 Euros per day, if required.There is a minimum requirement of 5 consecutive days for pool heating. If optional pool heat is requested at the time of booking, it will be switched on in advance of your arrival to enable the pool to be warm for when you arrive. If optional pool heat is requested after arrival it will take 24-36 hours for the pool to heat up from the moment it is switched on. The pool heater should achieve water temperatures of 85 degrees Fahrenheit, however when ambient outside temperatures are unseasonally low, we cannot guarantee the pool temperature will achieve the target temperature.
The villa is rented on a self-catering basis. You will need to provide your own food, toiletries and
cleaning items (such as dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and kitchen tissue). Initial
supplies of toilet tissue, hand soap and trash bags are provided, but once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more.
The home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There is no daily maid service.
Nearby there are several large supermarkets such as Walmart, Target and Publix. Walmart is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Only 15 minutes drive to Disneyland. It is 30 minutes to Universal Studios and Seaworld. The new Legoland and Busch Gardens Tampa amusement park can be reached in 45 minutes by car. It takes about 60 minutes to reach Florida's Atlantic coast with the Kennedy Space Center and surfer's paradise on CoCo Beach, as well as the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast, which are a "must see". Along the Highways 27 and 192 there are a variety of restaurants, attractions and shops for every budget and every taste.
