House in Crikvenica with Well-Tended Garden and Fabulous View

The holiday house classified as five-star is in a quiet and popular location with a fabulous view of the sea in front of Crikvenica in Kvarner Bay. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of town, but nevertheless central, about 600 metres from the famous sandy beach Crni Molo.

The holiday accommodation with tasteful and high-quality furnishing provides around 340m² of living space, spread over two floors that have air conditioning and heating throughout. The spacious living room laid with oak parquet and with light, large glass doors onto the terraces leads directly into the fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining space for up to eight people. All four bedrooms are laid with wood parquet flooring and provide comfortable box spring beds (160cm wide) for a comfortable night’s sleep, as well as modern flatscreen TVs for relaxing evening entertainment. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath, double washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The master bedroom also as a walk-in wardrobe and the adjoining bathroom boasts a massage bath and a large shower. Three of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor, while the fourth is on the ground floor and also benefits from an impressive panoramic sea view. A washing machine is available for use free of charge, rounding off the amenities of the luxurious accommodation. A children’s travel bed and a highchair can be booked in addition at no additional charge.

The bedrooms have either a furnished balcony or a French balcony. The fully enclosed outdoor area of the ca. 1000m² site has a well-tended garden, a luxury terrace with a variety of seating and loungers, partly roofed. You can cool off in the refreshing blue swimming pool, which offers a fantastic view of Crikvenica and Kvarner Bay. Then you can dry off on the deckchairs in the sun, or read a good book under the sun shade. The property also has a large double garage and two outdoor parking spaces for a total of four cars. Pets are not allowed.

Wi-Fi reception is available throughout the accommodation free of charge. If you would like to dine on the beach, the host can arrange a catering service from one of the local restaurants and beach cafes.

The nearest grocery shop is about 500 metres away. It is about 600 metres to the popular sandy beach Crni Mol, with a variety of water sports, as well as various restaurants and bars for refreshments during your day on the beach.

    “Ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub, den wir nicht mehr vergessen werden. Positiv: Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns jederzeit sofort geholfen. Das Haus mit der Aussicht war einfach nur wunderbar! Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schöne Bäder en Suite, geräumige Küche und ein fabelhafter Außenbereich. Negativ: da gab es nichts! Restaurant: Burin - Sensationelle Bedienung vom Chef persönlich! Das Essen war hervorragend und die Weinempfehlung ausgezeichnet!”

    “Die Austattung der Villa Avalon lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom beheizbaren Pool bis zum Grillplatz ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Das Interieur ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns unter anderem die Badezimmer gefallen, die ebenfalls äußerst hochwertig ausgestattet sind. 3 von 4 der Badezimmer verfügen über Duschen UND Badewanne. (Eine sogar mit Whirlpoolfunktion ) Zur Aussicht von der Villa kann man nur ein sagen! WOW! Man hat einen gigantischen Blick auf die Adria und der Insel Krk. Besonders vorheben möchten wir auch nochmal die Gastgeber, die super nett und immer bemüht waren, einen der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.”

    “Zur Ausstattung: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles für täglichen Bedarf.
    Zur Lage. Das Haus liegt am Berg mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick über das Meer. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist mit dem PKW zu bewältigen (kleine Straße, teilweise steil). Zu Fuß zum Meer ca. 15 Min.
    Besser mit dem Auto. Parkplatzgebühren sind am Strand zu entrichten (von Mai bis September).
    Das Haus ist neu, daher in Top-Zustand, große Zimmer und großer Garten. Reinigungskraft stand jeden Tag zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber. Haus ist in der gehoben Preisklasse. Preis-Leistung ist o.k.”
