Situated on the outskirts of the historic centre of Montélimar, this beautiful four bedroom holiday home is nestled amidst a large, mature garden. It boasts a spacious terrace, which overlooks the grassy esplanade which is adorned with palm trees and a private swimming pool. Inside, the bright and spacious interior boasts an elegant yet cosy decor complete with a spacious living area, modern kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms. The town of Montélimar is wonderfully enchanting, with its pretty Provençal paths and charming boutiques and eateries. It is well-known for its famous nougat... be sure to sample some for yourself! Nearby, beautiful walks await you in the forest of Saou and Grignan: the capital of the truffle. Nearby hilltop villages, such as Mirmande, Poët Laval, Marsanne or Cliousclat are well worth a visit, with their welcoming ambience and authentic Provencal markets. Golfers may wish to visit the beautiful golf course of La Valdaine (4.5km away.) Please note, one of the bathrooms is situated near the swimming pool.

    “Zeer mooie en ruime vakantiewoning. Goede ligging tegenover het stadscentrum: in residentiële wijk van Montélimar op 1,2 km van oude stad, bakker op 200 m, meerdere grote magazijnen op 2 à 3 km. De woning wordt slechts tijdens de zomermaanden verhuurd en is verder bewoond door de eigenaars. Alles is netjes onderhouden en zeer compleet ingericht. Uiterst vriendelijke onthaal. Inrichting beneden: mooie volledig ingerichte keuken en enorm grote living met o. a. grote Smart-TV, 2 grote met elkaar verbonden slaapkamers met 2 badkamers. Beide badkamers hebben een douche en één ervan heeft ook een toilet. In de hal bevindt zich nog een tweede toilet. Jammer dat beide doucheruimtes enkel bereikbaar zijn via de slaapkamers. Op 1ste verdieping: nog 2 zéér ruime kamers (1 met een kingsize bed van 2 m breed), een ruimte met uitklapbare zetel en toegang tot een zolderkamer met 2-persoonsbed (moeilijke trap!) en één badkamer met bad (geen douchescherm). In de mooie tuin staan meerdere grote schaduw-gevende bomen. De weelderige beplanting zorgt voor een tuin en zwembad met veel privacy. Het zwembad is ommuurd, de hoge poort kan op slot, het wordt tussentijds onderhouden op het vooraf afgesproken tijdstip (de eigenares respecteert de privacy van de huurders!). Ruime carport voor 2 wagens + bijkomende parkeerplaatsen op het domein.”
