Your holiday house: Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over 3 steps. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living/bedroom 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds and TV. You have access to the loggia with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and parasol. Kitchen as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (220 l, freezer). The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and (appropriate only for children under 2 years). You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 7 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.
