This beautiful and modern holiday home is located right by the highway, making easily to reach famous and attractive tourist destinations as well as the amazing National Parks of this region. Spacious, covered terrace is perfect for enjoying and dining in the company of loved ones with a glass of excellent domestic wine, while in addition there is a large and beautifully maintained garden full of aromatic Mediterranean plants. Further leisure and true relaxation can be found in the outdoor pool, and the youngest once have a lot of children's amenities that will play and cheer them for hours. The owner lives on the same plot, about 30 m away. About 8 km away you can reach the beach or even swim in the sea. Be sure to visit the picturesque town of Zadar, rich in tourist attractions and the gastronomic offer, while the unbelievable and simply beautiful sunset from the popular Zadar Riviera accompanied by elegant sounds of the sea organ will delight you.
