This holiday home, located in the middle of the wine country in northern Balaton, offers ideal recreational opportunities for larger families and groups of friends. There are five bedrooms with double beds and two apartments for four people. All rooms have private bathrooms, a colour TV and a refrigerator. The living room is located on the ground floor and the kitchen is on the first floor. The large pool on the property invites you to cool off on hot days. A parasol, sun beds, garden furniture and a table tennis table are available for your use. Air conditioning is provided for a fee while internet access is free of cost. The Balaton beach, boat rentals, a tennis court (surcharge) and a railway line are located nearby. This town lies on the north coast of Lake Balaton. It was formed in 1850 from the merger of two smaller towns and thus, has a relatively short history. At that time, fishing and viticulture were the major occupations of the region. But after the founding of the swimming clubs in the 1930's, it became a major swimming spot. Today it is a popular seaside resort with a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to the classic swimming facilities, there are also numerous sophisticated services which ensure many hours of recreation and relaxation. You can visit the surf school, go waterskiing, explore the shore with pedal boats, play miniature golf, go on a boat trip and of course enjoy fishing. You can also rent the small house in the yard, which can be used for cooking and dining.
