Pleasant terraced house with shared pool in a beautiful building dating back tot he 19th century, in the country-side around Lodi at abt. 15 km from Piacenza only. Outside you will find an antique well and a covered terrace where you can enjoy your outdoor meals on the basis of typical products such as parmesan cheese, salami and local wines which you will have discovered in the surroundings, during your day trips. All those you love history and art may spend some time in discovering the castles belonging to the “Ducato di Milano” between the rivers of Adda and Po with the antique castle of Maccastorna and the “wall up” hamlet of Pizzighettone. All those who love trekking and biking in the hills around Piacenza may also reach the Via Francigena, hamlets, medieval castles and excellent trattorias. Do not miss to visit Parma (40 km), a town famous for its music and theater with the house where Giuseppe Verdi was born, his museum and his theater in Busseto. At abt. 54 km distance the historic thermal baths of Salsomaggiore. The manor house which in inhabited by the house owner is used from time to time for dinners or guided tours. Your arrival must take place within 6 p.m. at the latest after having communicated your exact arrival hour in time. The pool is shared with IEC200 and IEC201, which make part of the same property, and the house owner. Separate waste collection on set days. The pictures are example fotos only.

    “Die Ferienwohnung in dem kleinen Ort Cornovecchio in einem vollständig eingefriedeten alten Gutshof mit großem, fast parkartigem Garten und einem wunderschönen überdachten Pool hat uns einen unserer erholsamsten Urlaube beschert. Zu unserer Überraschung waren die Räumlichkeiten noch schöner als auf der Website dargestellt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Unser Frühstück nahmen wir regelmäßig im Arkadengang vor unserer Wohnung ein, weil wird den Ausblick auf die Arkadenbögen auf der anderen Seite des Atriums als so tiefenentspannend empfanden.

    Dadurch, dass es nur drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Anwesen gibt, gestaltet sich der Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt. An Kirchenglocken und den Arbeiten des Gärtners sollte man sich dabei nicht stören. Der Hausbesitzer, der nur in der zweiten Woche unseres Aufenthalts anwesend war, ist sehr nett.”
