Aussen: Moblierte und bedeckte Terrasse mit Markise, Dreiecks Pool (10x4M) (Tiefe 1,60M) mit zaun, Ideal für Familien mit kleinem Kinder (Sicherheit für Kinder am Pool), 4 Liegen, transportabler Grill und Aussen Dusche. 1.Etage: 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten und Klima, 1 Zweibettzimmer (2 Betten, 90 Cm je.) mit Moblierte Terrasse, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (135Cm breit) mit Klima und Terrasse mit Panoramablick.

Reservierungen für Gruppen unter 25 Jahren werden nicht akzeptiert, ein Verstoß gegen diese Regel führt zur sofortigen Abreise aus dem Haus ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des gezahlten Geldes.

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung (3 Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit eigenem Bad/WC, Gäste-WC im EG, sehr gute Küche, schöne Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und Gartentisch mit Stühlen, schöner Pool, Grill u.s.w.). Im oberen Bereich des Wohngebietes von Sa Rapita gelegen. Etwa 600 m zum Meer. Auto ist während des Aufenthaltes m.E. erforderlich. Wir würden das haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.”

    “Haus und Pool sehr schön. Jedoch viel zu wenig Geschirr und z.B. kein Nudelsieb oder Salatschale. Teller und Gläser sowie Besteck nur 6 x vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Wasserkocher. Der Gasgrill verdreckt und verrostet. Hatte man den Backofen an, ist die Sicherung rausgesprungen. Es könnte Erklärungen zur Müllentsorgung, zur Nutzung der Fernseher und allgemein zum Ort geben. Wünschenswert wären Mückengitter. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das WLAN.”
