Villa Brazzana is a modern detached holiday house in the village Pracana, 7,5 km from Buzet and 36 km from the sea.
The house was built in 2016. On its own plot of 2000 sqm it offers to the guests an open swimming pool of 43 sqm, sun loungers and parasols, sitting set, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and dining table, children playground and parking for 3 vehicles.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofa bed for two persons and exit to a spacious balcony reachable from the other rooms on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bedroom with satellite TV and private shower/toilet, separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with satellite TV, one with exit to the balcony and with private shower/toilet, the other with private bath/toilet. In the basement there is a tavern with fireplace, dining table and TV, playroom, smaller fitness room and a toilet.
