Cozy residence made up by 12 comfortable holiday apartments, situated in sunny and panoramic position with view over the hills of the Montagnola Senese. Tasteful furnishing with some rustic pieces – simple but comfortable and reminiscent of the old Tuscan country style. Access through 1km dirt track in perfect conditions.

Final cleaning included in the rental price.

At guests’ disposal: swimming pool (6m x 14m, depth 0,8m – 1,80m open 15/5-30/9 from 08:00am to 08:00pm) with equipped gazebo, large common areas, children playground. Reception with telephone and fax (closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays).


First floor, access through a loggia shared with another apartment: living room with sofa, SAT-TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen corner (electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment),one double bedroom, one 3-bedded room, bathroom with shower (window).

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
