Three cosy and characteristic holiday apartments (IUP655-IUP656-IUP657) located inside a family-run farm situated just a few kilometers north of the beautiful lake of Bolsena. Peaceful position, views of the countryside. In a large lawn situated slightly below where the apartments are located, you will find a swimming pool (8x20), shared also with the owner (who lives in a fourth apartment). 2 baby-beds are available (included in the price) and a high chair. Shared within the apartments: Small laundry room with washing machine in a detached room. Domestic help is possible (on request and to be paid for on location) and Internet connection. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available upon request and local payment. Internet access. Central heating. DISTANCES: 3 km from the town of Castel Giorgio (grocery shops), 15 km Bolsena (all kinds of shops) very equipped for bathing (small beaches that are both public and with private bathing establishments), 16 km the very popular Civita di Bagnoregio ('the dying city') ,18 km Orvieto and within a radius of 30 km the famous Etruscan area with important centres such as Pitigliano,Valentano. Please note: IUP656 has access to a private equipped outdoor area of approx. 100 m2. LOCATION: 3 km from the town of Castel Giorgio (grocery shops), 15 km Bolsena (all kinds of shops) very equipped for bathing (small beaches that are both public and with private bathing establishments), 16 km the very popular Civita di Bagnoregio ('the dying city') ,18 km Orvieto and within a radius of 30 km the famous Etruscan area with important centres such as Pitigliano,Valentano.
