There is a large garden of about one hectare with an elegant Biodesign pool. This is a natural pool with a shape that fits perfectly with the landscape. The pool is crystal clear with salt water and there is also hydromassage.
There are 8 bikes (availables on request). There is a football pitch and volleyball court and a barbecue.
The area is ideal for mountain biking or horseback riding. In this part of the Maremma are several wineries for delicious local wine and olive oil can be purchased in different places.
The coast of the Gulf of Follonica to Castiglione della Pescaia consists of beaches with clear water and shallow water, also ideal for children. You can sail on the coast, surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing and canoeing. Two beautiful coves are Cala Martina and Cala Violina.
