This characteristic rustic Tuscan farmhouse has been completely renovated and transformed into a holiday home, located in the high, green hills of southern Tuscany (Cetona 7 km). By joining 4 apartments, 3 of these are directly connected, this house offers plenty of space. During the restoration special attention was paid to the original structure. Nice and wide view over the valley and the countryside. There are extensive outdoor facilities and lawns available, as well as a swimming pool, a laundry and a children's play area. Inside there is a spacious living room, where the owner can prepare dinner on request (payment on site) and with homemade products and local ingredients. The oil tasting on the farm and guided visits to the nearby oil press are free. The access is via an 800m long unpaved road, which is not suitable for low or sports cars. Baby bed on request. Location: 7 km Cetona (tennis) and Sarteano (all kinds of shops); 9 km the thermal resorts of San Casciano Bagni; 15 km Chianciano Terme and Chiusi; 24 km Montepulciano; 30 km from Lake Trasimeno.
