Spacious holiday apartments in a central location in the 15th district, with the underground and tram within a few minutes’ walk

These spacious apartments are in an apartment building that is centrally located in the 15th district of Vienna, to the west of the city centre. Owing to the convenient transport connections, with the underground and tram nearby, the apartments are an ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Austria.



The renovated apartments are all equipped with a TV and a wireless Internet connection.



Right in front of the house along the street there are public parking spaces. A short-term parking zone applies at the address from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 and 19.00. During these periods a ticket has to be displayed. If you would like to park longer term then you can do so using the park & ride system.



Please note that pets have to be agreed in advance.



Various supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. It is a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with the Tierpark, a three-minute walk to the U4/U6 underground station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City, a five-minute walk to several train connections. The underground U3/U6 and various trams are nearby. It only takes 8 minutes by U3 from the Westbahnhof to the city centre Wien-Mitte, Stephansplatz.



Apartment in Fünfhaus with Garden

This apartment is on the first floor facing the street and provides 71m² of living space for four people. The living room and bathroom have tiled floors. The 3m² entrance area has a wardrobe with a mirror. The 23m² living room with an integrated kitchen includes a cosy sitting corner with a table, corner bench and two chairs, as well as a TV. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee machine, extractor fan, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The 12m² bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower and washbasin, a hairdryer and bath and hand towels. The separate WC measures around 1m². There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom of around 18m² is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe with storage space. The second bedroom of 12m² also has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a cupboard with storage space.

    “Die Wohnung war in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ,mitten in einer Kurzparkzone. Die Wohnung selber war sehr schön und groß. Es gab alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht (sogar Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine). Nur der Wasserkocher hat nicht funktioniert und das WLAN war sehr schwach, sodass man kaum eine Verbindung bekam. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle zur Innenstadt erreichte man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Fahrt zur Innenstadt dauerte ohne umsteigen nur 18 Minuten.”

    “Negativ: Das Bad und das separate WC sind sanierungsbedürftig.
    Das Waschbecken im Bad hat einen Sprung.
    Die Badewanne ist am Boden beschädigt.
    In den Fliesenfugen hat sich Rotschimmel gebildet.
    Das separate WC hat kein Waschbecken.
    Im Kühlschrank hatte sich an der Rückwand eine Eisschicht gebildet.”
