Dypen holiday house – pure peace and quiet
The Dypen holiday house is in a very quiet location right by the edge of a forest, away from roads with heavy traffic.
The house built in 2008 with a total living space of 56m² comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large combined living and dining room with a kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have spacious cupboards for storing clothing. All the rooms are fitted with modern electric heating, which ensures the right temperature quickly. The house has wooden floorboards, wall and ceiling paneling throughout. The living room provides color TV (swedish), a CD player with a radio function, two comfortable two-seater sofas and an armchair for relaxing. The dining space has a table and four chairs made of solid wood. The new and modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils, crockery, cutlery, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom with a window has a modern shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
In front of the house there is a large lawn for playing, relaxing or sunbathing. The view from the generous terrace is towards the valley with its greenery, inviting you to relax and dream. The terrace has a table, chars and a charcoal grill. A large parasol protects you from too much sunlight, if necessary. Garden loungers invite you to relax. There is a tub sauna nearby, as well as a heatable bathing barrel that can be used for a fee. The site has its own sledging piste in winter, as well as a climbing garden (secured), a large trampoline, a slackline, sandpit, grill area, badminton etc.
A rowing boat, kayaks and canoes can be borrowed on request. Life jackets and oars are also available. A highchair can be provided for toddlers. Dogs are welcome.
The large Letten lake is only about 3km away, where you can relax, go fishing, hiking, paddling, cycling etc. The nearest locality Bograngran is about 3km away, with a small supermarket and a petrol station. It is only about 12km to the Norwegian border. The Branäs ski resort is about 30km away, offering fun for all ages during the winter months. The cross-country skiing trail is right nearby. In summer/autumn you can gather blueberries and mushrooms in the bordering forest.
