This apartment in Karlshausen leaves nothing to be desired. It is bright and modern, and there you have many extras available, such as a garden shed with barbecue and wood stove, a trampoline and a fireplace, a pleasant, provides extra heat source. The wood for the stove is provided to you free of charge. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet. The well-kept garden has many sitting and reclining and a beautiful view. Upon request, the landlord in good weather like a children's pool with slide on. In the garage or hall there is a ping pong table, a swing and a dart board. There is a water system, but can hedge on prior request for children of the owner of the property. Bordering the landlord has a farm with several horses. There you can get riding lessons, and you have to request and charges the option of bringing your own horse. In the nature reserve Irsental you can very nice hiking, and Arzfeld (8 km) runs almost everywhere paved bike path along a former railway line with connections to St. Vith, Prum, New Castle, Irrel etc. Arzfeld also attracts with a small lake. Swimming pools can be found in New Castle and Prüm.
