Surrounded by lush olive groves Thea-Latsimas villas are strategically located only 4 km from the stunning Geropotamos beach and a 20 min drive from the beautiful Rethymno city. Moreover, there are numerous shops, cafes and Taverns at Aggeliana village only 4 km away from the complex. Oikos villa complex is designed with comfortable holiday living in mind and with many innovative architectural and environmentally friendly features. Each villa has a private pool, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has its own unique living space with the emphasis being on outdoor entertaining, dining and relaxing. All common amenities are available such as air condition, satellite TV, fireplace, BBQ area, internet WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen. Soft bedding and furnishing provide the maximum comfort with the use of natural and raw materials. The villas have safe and private parking. Check out is 11:00 latest and check in is 15:00 earliest. Rethymno town is easy to reach, being only 20 km from Latsimas. It is about a 15 minute drive along the highway to reach the town center. Here you will find the local hospital, post office, large super markets and lots of shops. The flea market, held on Thursday mornings is usually attractive to tourists. This charming town maintains its aristocratic appearance, with its buildings dating from the 16th century, arched doorways, stone staircases, Byzantine and Hellenic-Roman remains and small picturesque Venetian harbor.

    “Die Gastgeber waren Klasse! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen obwohl wir ehr ankamen durften wir schon in das Haus. Der Kühlschrank war reichlich gefüllt und einen warmen Snack mit Feta haben wir auch noch bekommen. Ebenfalls wurden wir in den 15 Tagen immer wieder mit leckerem Essen überrascht. Das Olivenöl aus der eigenen Farm war so lecker das wir gleich 3 Liter für Zuhause geordert haben.
    Von dem Haus aus ist man schnell in den nächsten Orten und Tavernen.
    Wir waren super zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen! Positiv: Der Ausblick und auch der Garten mit Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Negativ: - Restaurant: Porto Paradiso - Restaurant in Bali, super Ausblick auf das Meer und sehr lecker! Ausflüge: Kloster Arkadi - Sehr interessant und eine unbedingte Empfehlung sich das Kloster mal anzusehen, es sind dort noch sehr viele alte Sachen ausgestellt. Sehr interessant.”

    “The villa is located at a beautiful spot high above the sea. Watching the sunset from the terrace of the villa is wonderful. The villa is very quiet.
    The house is furnished in a modern style. It provides everything we needed. Also the kitchen is equipped very well.
    The house provides several balconies and terracies. All with wonderful view to the mountains or to the sea.
    The villa is located quite convenient to the main motorway in the north. Therefore it is easy to reach the three big main cities of crete.

    The landlord is very friendly and helpful. His mother surprised us with a wonderful meal when we came back from a trip. Already at our arrival we found very nice cretean food in the fridge.
