Located in a village near Kaprun (5 km) and Zell am See (10 km), this house is on a parallel road next to the Bundesstrasse.
Ski slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, hiking and cycling routes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, swimming lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and many sights can be found a short distance from our house. Piesendorf-Walchen, which is only a few minutes' drive from the well-known Zell am See and Kaprun, offers many hiking opportunities and in winter its own ski area, ideal for beginners and families. The place is also right on the Tauern Cycle Path. In addition, due to the central location in Salzburger Land, you can reach most of the sights very quickly. The nearest restaurant is 200 m away, as is the nearest supermarket.rest supermarket where you can get a delicious breakfast. There is a forest 500 m away and a public swimming pool 2 km away.

The apartment has a parking space for your car and a garden that you share with the owner of the house. The kitchen diner has a Smart TV and a dishwasher.
