This charming holiday home was built in 2016 and is fantastically located on the shores of Lake Foxen, on the edge of a picturesque forest. It is situated in Värmland, close to the Norwegian border and enjoys fantastic views of the lake and the breathtaking surroundings. These are best enjoyed from the comfort of the terrace, which is a wonderful spot to simply sit back, relax and admire the sunset.

The three bedroom holiday home boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with doors which lead to the terrace. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor - one of which benefits from a door to the terrace as well. The third bedroom is located upstairs, in the roof, which creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. Please note, the roof is contructed of slanted ceilings.

The lake is a haven for anglers, with rainbow salmon, pike, perch and eels all found here. The property includes a small dock and provides access to a rowing boat and canoe. An additional boat, with an engine, can be rented too (please contact the owner in advance).

Look out for the wildlife in the nearby forest too - especially elks, who are often found here. The surrounding landscape is also home to lots of flora, as well as berries and mushrooms. Töckfors is roughly 22km away, where you can find two large shopping centres.
