Simple and cozy holiday home on the idyllic island Ivö, in Ivösjon, Skåne's largest lake. The island can be reached by Ivöleden, the only ferry from Skåne. This apartment is just one of the wing Baurnhofs with external staircase on the first floor. Direct contact from the hallway to a balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and a beautiful view. From the plot, a small path leads to the lake trail, up to a child friendly bathing surrounds the shore with webs. Ivö is a scenic island with beautiful beech forest and greenery. The Ivösjön is ideal for fishing, and because of the mild climate thrive here even walnut trees that are rare elsewhere in Sweden. Ivö clack is a fossil-rich mountain height in the north of the island, and here you can find fossils, silent witnesses to prehistoric times. In the area around the lake a dinosaur skeleton is even been found. Other interesting destinations and attractions on the island are the medieval vaulted Biskopskällaren, the cliffs of Kaolinbrottet and cavernous formations of Ugnsmunnarna. On the mainland, you can visit the nearby castle Bäckaskogs and the nature reserve Kjugekull. Kristianstad, Bromölla and Sölvesborg can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. There you will find shops, museums, cozy cafes, restaurants and more. In the house is a bedroom with two beds, and in the living room are two more sleeps on a sofa bed. Curtain, no door between the bedroom and kitchen.
