This tastefully and modernly furnished holiday home offers 6 bedrooms and a wheelchair-accessible bedroom on the ground floor next to the living room, as well as an elevator, an adjustable bed, a bathtub with shower bed and a walk-in shower with seat and support, 3 further bathrooms, a large living room with dining table and an open modern fully equipped kitchen. Two cars can park in the garage, two more in front of the house. The garage can be opened from the shed behind the garage with a push button.

Mauterndorf is located between different ski areas such as Grosseck-Speiereck, Obertauern and Katschberg. It is the ideal starting point for skiers who would like to try different ski areas. The beautiful surroundings in Salzburg's Lungau also have a lot to offer in summer: horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking or swimming. If you haven't seen the city of Mozart yet, you can also take a day trip to Salzburg in 1.5 hours by car.
