The beautiful farm house, which has retained its original character, sits on a large property (900 m²) with a beautiful garden, which is communally accessible. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance and patio. A private car parking space is also available.

The distance to the beach is approximately 4500 meters. The beach is accessible via a ramp, enabling you to take a pram or a handcart. It is 2 km to shops and 1 km to a restaurant.
