Beautiful apartment with a balcony and sea view

This apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house in Mandre on the island Pag. Mandre is a quiet little fishing village on the south side of the island Pag, with a beautiful view of the little islands Silba Olib Maun and Skrda. The house enjoys a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac just 80 metres from the beach. It was built in 2008 and last renovated in 2014.

The apartment of around 62m² has a living room with a sofa, a coffee table and satellite TV with German channels. There is a bunk bed (140cm wide)in the same room, by separated off by a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a hob with two electric and two gas rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a dining table for up to four people. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair free of charge. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available throughout the apartment. There is a laundry room with a washing machine for use for a fee.

The balcony of around 10m² provides garden furniture and a large parasol. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the sea. The garden is for shared use with the owners. There are free car parking spaces in the courtyard, which is enclosed. Pets are not allowed.

As the owners also live on site, you have a direct local contact person to assist with any queries in German. Slovenian, Croatian and Czech.

As the house is near the centre, it is very close to a supermarket, an ATM, a pharmacy, a fruit stall, a fishmonger and fishing harbour, as well as various restaurants. There is a shopping centre 150 metres away. The pebbled beach is just 80 metres away, a sandy beach 5km.
