This villa houses a total of four holiday flats. The fully loaded apartments can be rented individually or together and are ideal for a couple, a family or a group of up to 18 people. The newly renovated villa (2016) is located on Paguera, only 5 minutes on foot from the sandy beach. The spacious house is quietly located, yet close to shops, amenities and the beach. Groups of sportsmen are welcome.

The comfortable, well-maintained holiday property has a total of 450 heated and air conditioned m². It is bright and comfortable. The entire house (atraveo number 1171343) has a total of six bedrooms, four comfortable living rooms with sofa beds, four kitchens and six bathrooms. The largest apartment, atraveo number 193993 is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to eight people in three bedrooms on 135 m². Holiday flat atraveo number 1193995 (first floor) and holiday flat atraveo number 1193996 (ground floor) can each accommodate three people on 40 m² in a double bedroom. Holiday flat atraveo number 1193999 accommodates up to four people on 45 m². Each apartment has a safe. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The large salt water pool with a kiddie pool, outdoor shower, water fall and relax areea is embedded in the 1,500 m², mediterranean garden. A spacious barbecue area lets you prepare your meals al fresco. There are a total of five patios, two with ocean views, furnished with sun loungersm chairs and table for a total of 18 people. The pool and garden are well maintained. There is also a foosball table, a sauna for five people and a bicycle room for up to 20 bikes. There are four showers and changing room with a toilet with the sauna. There are three car parking spaces in the courtyard.

For sportsmen, we offer highly qualifies massage and physical therapy sessions upon request. He can also come to the house.

The property is near the beach (400-1200 m), and the town centre (300 meters), where you can find shops, restaurants, medical care, a pharmacy, a bakery, hair salons and auto, bicycle and trike rentals. A professional bicycle centre can be found only 200 meters from the house. Paguera has beautiful beaches with clean water, a long boulevard with many shops and small houses. The airport is approximately 20 minutes from the property. It is 450 meters to a bus stop, 650 meters to a tennis court and 2 km to a golf course.

Holiday flat with a private roof terrace and ocean views

The holiday flat is located on the top floor, was renovated in June 2016 and offers a double bedroom, an open plan living room with a comfy sofa bed, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower on 40 m². The bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. There is also a wardrobe with a tall mirror and a safe. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen satellite TV, board games, a CD player, a radio and a stereo. The dining table lets you enjoy meals together. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove and an oven, a refrigerator and small appliances. The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer and a sink. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, outdoor shutter and air conditioning (heating/cooling).

The living room grants access to the roof terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and a barbecue, from where you can enjoy ocean views. The community area offers a pool, a kiddie pool, a table foosball, a ping pong table, a hammock, a community barbecue and more.

    “Top Austattung, Kühlschrank mit Kühlakku und kleiner Kühltasche zum Einkaufen, Waschmaschine,mBügelbrett und Bügeleisen, viel Stauraum im Bad und auch in den anderen Zimmern, in der kleinen Dachwohnung an allen Fenstern fest eingebaute Fliegengitter und Rolläden, große Terasse, sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit einer top Außenanlage, abends tolle Beleuchtung, sehr angenehmer Salzwasserpool mit 2 m Tiefe, kleiner Spar in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen um morgens frisches Baguette zu kaufen. Strand, leckere Restaurants und der Einkaufsboulevard sind in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich sofort kümmert bei Fragen, Preis-Leistung stiimmt.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!
    Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub super genießen. Alles da, was man braucht und zudem sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die große Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und die Außenanlage ist wunderschön angelegt.
    Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man Strand und Geschäfte.
    Ein großes Lob an die Vermieterin Michaela, die uns herzlich empfangen hat, super nett ist und uns alle Wünsche erfüllt hat, wie z.B. spätere Abreise.
    Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen!”
