The charmingly furnished and fully-equipped apartment provides an ideal starting point for your stay. The owner attaches importance to cleanliness and hygiene. The 63m² apartment consists of three rooms with a ceiling height of 3.8m. The first bedroom is furnished with a high-quality kingsize box spring double bed and a high-quality sofa bed for two people, along with a 42” flatscreen TV. A child’s travel bed can be set up here for a fee. The special feature of the first bedroom is a fireplace that invites you to relax and enjoy cosy evenings. The second bedroom also has a high-quality kingsize box spring double bed and a high-quality sofa bed, with the possibility of setting up a child’s travel bed for a fee. You can therefore enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep in a central location in Berlin. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and other utensils, such as an iron and ironing board. To avoid queues, the apartment has two small bathrooms. The first has a WC, shower and hairdryer, the second has a WC and a washbasin. The owner can provide soap, shampoo and towels. There is also a dining room. You can plan your day trips with the help of a various of information material and city maps. The owners look forward to welcoming you to the apartment.

Please note that the apartment is non-smoking. Parties are also prohibited. Free wireless Internet access and a 42” flatscreen HD TV are provided. The owner can provide a child’s travel bed (60 x 120cm) for a fee, as well as a highchair. The check-in and check-out times can be agreed flexibly with the owner. For short-term stays up to 21 days: since the beginning of 2014 the Berlin Senate has been levying the city tax for private overnight stays, 5% of the cost of the stay for stays up to max. 21 days. This city tax is payable separately by guests in cash on arrival. Long-term rentals and verifiable business stays are excluded from this.

There are supermarkets and everyday shops only about 300 metres away. The supermarket is open around the clock from Monday morning to Saturday night. It is just a few stops to sights such as Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charly, Friedrichstraße, Eastside Gallery, KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm etc. The nearest metro stops are Blissestraße and Berliner Straße, each only about 400 metres away. From there you can travel in all directions, e.g. to the Kurfürstendamm in 5 minutes and to Berliner Messe or Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes.

    “Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Die Ausstattung könnte komfortabler sein, da die Wohnung auch schlecht geschnitten ist. In der Küche kann man sich fast nicht bewegen, sehr eng. Im Eingangsschlafzimmer war es nachts taghell, weil das Oberlicht auf der gesamten Breite nicht abdunkelbar war.
