    “Wir hatten von 7 Übernachtungen. 5x kein Warmwasser zum duschen und mussten immer in ein anderes Haus wandern zum duschen, da die Pumpe vom Boiler kaputt war. Natürlich war die Heizung auch defekt und die Nächte waren schon ganz schön kalt. Die letzten 2 Tage war auch noch ein Schaden an der Elektrik die vom Besitzer nicht korrekt instand gesetzt wurde. Dadurch hatten wir schon wieder kein warm Wasser + Heizung. Die Ansprechpartnerin hat für uns das beste aus der blöden Situation gemacht und uns 100 Euro zurück erstattet obwohl das nicht angemessen war für die ganze Woche mit vielen Problemen.
